Visiting Physicians

Because Sitka is a small, isolated community, people often feel that to receive specialized medical care they will need to travel elsewhere.  This is not true!  Mountainside Family Healthcare Specialty Clinic hosts visiting specialists who provide consultation, treatment and surgical procedures at the hospital in such specialties as urology, cardiology, dermatology, allergies & asthma, podiatry, ear/nose/throat, and pediatrics.  Pain management, orthopedics and ophthalmology are also available in Sitka, and we can refer you to those specialists. The Specialty Clinic is located in the lower level of Sitka Community Hospital.
